Description

What you will be doing:

Assist service agents with delivering food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner

Welcome guests and help introduce them to the SafeHouse spy-themed experience

Support servers by clearing and resetting tables to maintain a clean and organized dining room

Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas

Assist with stocking supplies, glassware, and service items as needed

Communicate effectively with service agents, kitchen staff, and leadership to ensure smooth service

Help maintain the fun and immersive SafeHouse atmosphere for guests

Follow all service standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines

Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Position Requirements:

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Ability to lift and carry trays or items as needed during service

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Willingness to participate in the SafeHouse spy-themed culture and guest engagement
