Job Summary The Investment Sales Associate supports the firm’s full‑cycle transactions across multifamily, retail, office, project leasing, and property management assignments. The role combines financial analysis with direct client exposure, focusing on business development, underwriting, modeling, marketing materials, and hands‑on transaction support.
Key Responsibilities Market Research & Business Development Conduct full‑scope market research to support pricing and positioning.
Maintain and grow a database of investors, owners, and active buyers.
Track comparable sales, lease, cap rates, and market trends.
Contribute to the firm’s business development efforts, including client outreach, prospecting, and meeting execution, while building strong and fostering existing relationships within the commercial real estate space.
Financial Analysis & Underwriting Build detailed financial models and support investment analysis across multiple asset types.
Analyze rent rolls, operating statements, capital expenditures, and debt scenarios.
Prepare BOVs and pricing recommendations.
Marketing & Pitch Materials Assist with the creation of OMs, case study's, and proposals.
Draft investment highlights, market narratives, and property descriptions.
Contribute to the firm’s marketing efforts on branding, strategy, deal launch execution.
Transaction Support Maintain data rooms and due diligence materials.
Track active buyers interest, offers, and transaction milestones.
Support the transaction process both internally and externally from launch to closing.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Multifamily investment sales experience preferred.
Strong understanding of Texas's commercial real estate markets.
Real Estate Salespersons License required, may be in the process of obtaining one.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and commercial real estate & market data platforms.
