Real Estate Acquisitions & Sales | Team Positions with Lead Flow | Sacramento

RE/MAX Gold, Sacramento, CA, United States

Our agents average 11.7 transactions a year. The nearest competitor is at 6.2. Here's how to join one of our teams.

You didn't get into real estate to do your own marketing, admin, bookkeeping, and social media while also trying to be an agent. You got into it to work with people and close deals. If you're doing 3-4 transactions a year and you know your production doesn't match your potential, it's probably not a talent problem. It's a support problem. Several top-producing teams at RE/MAX Gold Sacramento are looking for agents right now, and we're looking for people who are ready to stop doing everything themselves.

What this is These aren't generic "come hang your license here" offers. These are defined positions on teams that already have lead flow, systems, admin support, and structure in place. You step into a role, you get trained, you get supported, and you focus on the part of real estate you actually got into this business to do.

We have open roles across four positions: Buyer's Agent You work with active buyer leads the team provides. Consultations, showings, negotiations, closings. The team handles lead generation and marketing. You handle people. That's the whole job.

First point of contact for incoming leads. You qualify, you set appointments, you manage follow-up. This is a phone-heavy role built for someone who's sharp in conversation and wants a clear path into a full producing agent seat on a team that's already performing.

Acquisitions Agent You're on the listing side. Prospecting, running CMAs, conducting listing presentations, converting seller leads into signed agreements. You want to build a listing business but you want real support and real systems behind you while you do it.

Listing Agent You manage active listings from signed agreement through close. Pricing strategy, marketing coordination, negotiations, transaction management, all backed by the team's TC, marketing resources, and operational systems.

What changes when you're on a team at RE/MAX Gold You stop hunting and start working. The teams we're looking to fill invest real money into lead generation. You're not cold calling your sphere hoping someone picks up. You're working with people who already want to buy or sell a home. On top of that, RE/MAX.com generates over 1 million leads per year for its agents, free of referral fees.

Someone actually has your back. You know that feeling when you're mid-transaction and something goes sideways and you have nobody to call? That's over. RE/MAX Gold has a Transaction Management Services team that handles pre-listing prep through closing, which most brokerages offer in some form. But what most brokerages don't have is a leadership hotline where you can reach an actual broker when you need one and get answers immediately. Not an email that gets returned in 48 hours. Not a voicemail. A real conversation with someone who can help you solve the problem right now.

You get better, faster. Weekly team meetings, deal reviews, and real coaching. But beyond the team level, RE/MAX Gold runs professional development that most brokerages don't come close to: M.E.C. Wins-Day sessions with top industry leaders, BoldTrail CRM training, monthly office masterminds, one-on-one coaching from experienced leaders, plus RE/MAX University with thousands of training modules available 24/7.

You stop doing the stuff that isn't your job. The tech stack alone handles a huge amount of what solo agents waste time on. BoldTrail CRM gives you a customized IDX website, automated market reports, drip campaigns, call and text capture, listing kits, a design center, and a full presentation and CMA platform. SkySlope handles electronic signatures, digital forms, and transaction management. You're not duct-taping five different free tools together anymore.

You still build your own brand. This is something a lot of agents worry about when they consider joining a team. RE/MAX Gold gets that. As agent Chris Palamidessi said: "In this ever-transitioning market, it's crucial to partner with a brand like RE/MAX. At the same time, they allow us to promote our own personal brand as much or as little as we want."

What we're looking for

At least 3-4 closed transactions in the past 12 months

Full-time in real estate, this is your career and you're building toward something

You're open to learning new systems and getting coaching from people who've been where you are

You follow through on your commitments and your team can count on you

Commission and splits You already know that being on a team means sharing a percentage of your commission. That's the tradeoff for having leads, support, training, and admin handled for you.

What's worth thinking about is the volume difference. The average RE/MAX agent is closing nearly 12 transactions a year. If you're currently at 3 or 4, and the support and lead flow from a team gets you to even half that average, you're looking at a very different year financially, even on a split.

We're happy to walk through what the numbers look like on any of these teams so you can decide if it makes sense for your situation.

Interested? We'll set up a conversation about what you're looking for, where you want to take your career, and whether any of these teams would be a good fit. No pressure on either side.

Location: Sacramento, CA (on-site/hybrid depending on team)

Compensation: Commission-based with team split, varies by team and role
