A reputable General Contractor in the DFW area is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee high-end interior build-outs within high-rise projects. Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities for high-end interior projects within high-rise buildings. Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to the highest quality standards. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Work closely with Project Managers to manage schedules, logistics, and project milestones. Conduct site meetings, inspections, and quality control checks. Ensure effective communication between field teams, clients, and stakeholders. Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on high-end interior projects, ideally within high-rise environments. Strong knowledge of commercial interiors construction and site management. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules. OSHA certification preferred. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. What’s on Offer
