The Role
Manage customer orders and enter sales orders into internal systems
Act as the
key liaison between customers, sales, and production teams
Coordinate order specifications, timelines, and delivery requirements
Support pricing communication and customer updates
Assist with resolving customer queries, complaints, and quality issues

Experience in
customer service, order management, or account coordination
Background in
manufacturing, packaging, healthcare, or regulated industries
is a plus
Strong organisational and communication skills
