The team at Edge Staffing has partnered with a consumer goods company located north of Boston, in their search for a talented and motivated 3D Industrial Designer to join their team.
In this role, you will take ownership of design projects while mentoring two junior industrial designers.
Responsibilities You will lead design initiatives from concept through production-ready deliverables, helping to oversee the work of two junior designers and ensuring high-quality output across all stages of the design process.
Required Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in modeling for manufacturing Experience with CAD, Rhino, Fusion 360, or equivalent software Expertise in Keyshot and Adobe Creative Suite A strong portfolio demonstrating design execution, CAD models, and polished presentation visuals
Experience Level This role is ideally suited for a designer with 1–4 years of professional experience.
Compensation This position offers a competitive base salary complemented by a strong bonus compensation structure.
