Responsibilities
Title, survey and zoning
Organization documents
Loans and purchase and sale transactions
Closing and post-closing
Misc. due diligence
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Paralegal certificate OR attorney declaration required
At least 5+ years of real estate paralegal experience required, including substantial experience working in commercial real estate and/or commercial real estate lending required
