
Inside Sales Representative (HVAC Required)

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Marietta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales through phone, email, and virtual communication channels. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to connect with prospects and deliver solutions will directly impact our organization’s growth and success.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to identify sales opportunities and generate qualified leads
Qualify leads and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle
Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospects via phone or video conferencing
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
Coordinate with the Commercial department to follow up on quotes and close jobs quoted
Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support strategic planning
Your profile
2+ years of proven inside sales, sales development, or similar customer-facing sales experience within the HVAC industry
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
Strong phone communication and active listening skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in American English
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment
Solid understanding of B2B or B2C sales processes and consultative selling techniques
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and email communication platforms
Strong organizational and data entry skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Preferred: Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, or account-based selling
Preferred: Knowledge of industry-specific products or services relevant to our organization
