Sales Support Specialist
who’s passionate about customer success and thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company that's revolutionizing specialized product delivery in the life sciences industry.
Role Overview: As a Senior Support Specialist, you’ll be a vital liaison between internal sales teams and customers—guiding clients through onboarding, product usage, demos, shipping logistics, and ongoing support. You’ll also play a hands‑on role in client presentations, quoting, ERP updates, and issue resolution. This position reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on proprietary healthcare technology
Deliver product demos and support sales presentations
Manage customer pilot programs and post‑sale onboarding
Order & Shipment Coordination
Oversee cold chain shipping logistics and resolve delivery issues
Coordinate with third‑party logistics providers and customer locations
Ensure accurate quoting and invoice preparation
Administrative & Technical Support
Update presentation decks and maintain CRM/ERP data
Manage shared support mailboxes and ticketing systems
Attend internal product meetings to stay current on feature updates
Qualifications: Technical & Analytical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with ERP systems or similar tools
Sharp attention to detail and organizational skills
Communication & Customer Service
Prior experience in sales support or customer service
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor
Ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams
Logistics & Availability
Able to work EST hours when needed
Willingness to travel occasionally
On‑site presence required 4 days/week in Westlake Village, CA
