Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and track all projects from forecast stage through actual execution with internal and external teams

Manage project (creative and production) work starts and develop and maintain project timelines for social, digital, broadcast

Create project communication plans including emails, project roll out guides, and creative summary decks

Partner with project manager to open, track and execute all active projects

Guides day-to-day development of advertising activities within approved plans

Support client billing process including monitoring billable hours, client billing activity, and overseeing invoice submission

Manage long term status reports and key client-facing documents (i.e., agendas, hotlists, conference reports, etc.)

Monitor competitive activity and proactively share out with team/client

What You'll Need to Succeed

Ability to manage several detailed projects at a time

Experience with executing cross-channel campaigns

Decisive and effective problem solver

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Related field

2+ years of relevant industry and advertising experience

Integrate emerging AI technologies into daily workflows to support innovation, automation, and operational excellence

Clear, effective communication both written and verbal

Problem solve and think critically in unfamiliar situations

Ability to create a positive team environment and be collaborative with all departments to provide best work

Ability to prioritize tasks in an environment where guidelines and deadlines often change

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Passionate about what you do and are motivated to grow + learn

Financial / regulated industry experience and/or retail experience a plus
