Responsibilities
Outbound effort – Reaching out to company-provided leads through calling, texting, and emailing.
Keeping leads updated in CRM.
Managing pipeline through LOS from origination to funding.
Follow up with post-fundings regularly to evaluate customer needs and ask for referrals.
Convert inbound leads when given the opportunity (handed out based on production)
Be able to learn quickly.
Leads provided from internet, mailers, and multiple radio stations.
Superior telephone, organizational & customer service skills
Requirements
Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook proficient) & English proficiency
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload w/willingness to work until the job is completed!
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Income: Commission only $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
