Overview

Strategic Account Executive, Talent Solutions (Finance) Equifax is looking for an

Strategic Account Executive

as part of the Talent Solutions Sales Team for Workforce Solutions. The Strategic Account Executive will be responsible for professionally managing an assigned partner portfolio that consists of background screeners that resell our products. The Strategic Account Executive will play a fundamental role in working with their customers on day-to-day needs, interacting with key executives and others in their organization to embed our screening solutions into the workflows of our partners to drive mutual revenue and provide a seamless experience for employers and candidates alike. This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Strategic Accounts, Talent Solutions.

What you will do

Strategic Partnership Management: Own and scale a portfolio of high-value alliance partners, focusing on the ways in which the partner relies on EFX as a trusted advisor.

Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed expansion and new business targets through upsell/cross sell opportunities including new product introduction initiatives.

Aligns and develops multi-threaded partner relationships with key decision-makers, such as Senior Executives and Operations leaders.

Fosters and maintains customer/partner trust by developing strong working relationships with client economic buyers, decision makers, and influencers. Drive strong pipeline development and sales execution; orchestrates EFX resources efficiently to drive sales and revenue growth of full product portfolio.

Role engages on standard through very complex solutions in a highly consultative manner with decision makers and influencers to learn their business, anticipate needs and position solutions; delivers customer value and satisfaction across the full portfolio of products and services

Increases transparency into partner's sales pipeline and product roadmap to identify new sales opportunities and to support partner's sales team in meeting annual growth/sales targets.

Identifies whitespace opportunities, negotiates pricing and legal agreements while ensuring that the solution implementation is initiated on time.

Forecasts revenue projections on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Schedules quarterly/bi-annual review meetings across a portfolio of strategic clients to review account goals, objectives, progress and results

What experience you need

7-10 years of related sales/sales consulting experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Proven ability to develop and deliver on revenue plans

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong Project Management skills

Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities

Proven ability to operate in a team environment and work in a matrix organizational environment; Ability to work cross-functionally among numerous stakeholders

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,000 - $140,000. This position is also eligible for our incentive compensation program at approximately 40%. The application window is anticipated to close on April 6, 2026.
