Role Description We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Partner for a full-time, hybrid role based in Madison, WI. This position involves working with clients to buy, sell, and invest in real estate, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. Responsibilities include generating leads and cultivating client relationships, conducting property showings, negotiating transactions, and collaborating closely with team members to achieve sales goals. Best in industry training and mentorship will be provided to support your growth within the team.
Qualifications
Possess a current Real Estate License (or be willing to obtain)
Experience in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property transactions
Proven track record in Sales and an ability to meet and exceed goals
Strong commitment to providing excellent Customer Service
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently
Local market knowledge of Madison, WI, and surrounding areas is a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed
