Employer Industry: Healthcare Technology Why consider this job opportunity: Base salary up to $150,000 plus commissions and equity Generous company-funding of health, vision, and dental plans starting on the first day Flexible work environment with a remote-first team and $50 monthly reimbursement for WFH expenses Opportunity for career advancement in a dynamic and innovative healthcare technology company Discretionary PTO plus 13 paid holidays and competitive paid parental leave Recognition programs including an Employee Referral Program and annual Cipher-versary stipend What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution and ongoing support Engage in executive-level discussions with key stakeholders in health systems Maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet or exceed assigned quotas Develop account plans and business cases that articulate the value of solutions Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored demonstrations and proposals What is Required (Qualifications): 8–15 years of enterprise outside sales experience, with at least 5 years in acute care or health system environments Proven track record of achieving quotas in complex, multi-stakeholder deals Ability to independently develop and close six-figure deals Strong executive presence and communication skills at the C-suite level Experience navigating health system procurement and compliance processes How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience selling patient engagement, care coordination, or clinical workflow SaaS solutions Familiarity with value-based care, HCAHPS, and hospital quality improvement Background in consulting, clinical operations, or healthcare IT advisory Trained in MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or similar enterprise sales methodologies #HealthcareTechnology #SalesOpportunity #CareerGrowth #RemoteWork #HealthcareSales We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
