Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Crystal Lake, IL. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, contacting leads, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Qualifications

Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation

Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service

Skills in Account Management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Experience in the technology or engineering industry is a plus
