Maintenance & Repair Sales Representative
to grow and manage service revenue across Central and South Texas. This role is responsible for developing long‑term customer relationships and driving maintenance, repair, and retrofit work for
commercial water features, splash pads, water parks, rainwater harvesting systems, pump stations, and related infrastructure . This is a
field‑based, relationship‑driven sales role
focused on
recurring maintenance agreements, repairs, system upgrades, and lifecycle replacements . The ideal candidate understands technical systems, enjoys being on job sites, and is comfortable selling value—not just price. Primary Responsibilities - Sales & Business Development
Develop and manage a sales pipeline focused on
maintenance contracts, service agreements, repairs, and retrofit projects Identify opportunities within existing and new accounts for: Preventative maintenance programs Emergency and corrective repairs Equipment replacements and system upgrades Seasonal start‑ups, winterization, and inspections Proactively call on: Municipalities and parks departments Commercial property owners and managers HOAs, resorts, hotels, and mixed‑use developments Landscape architects, general contractors, and facility managers Customer Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned service clients Conduct site visits to evaluate system condition and identify service needs Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships focused on asset preservation and uptime Coordinate closely with inCon‑trol’s service, construction, and manufacturing teams Technical & Project Support
Commercial water features and fountains Splash parks and aquatic play systems Rainwater harvesting and reuse systems Irrigation pump stations and controls Assist with scope development, budgeting, and proposal preparation Communicate clearly with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution Territory & Travel
Manage a defined territory covering
Austin, San Antonio, and Houston Travel regularly within the territory to job sites, client offices, and industry events Represent inCon‑trol Water Systems professionally in the field Qualifications & Experience
Required 3+ years of experience in
outside sales , preferably in: Water features Irrigation or pump systems Commercial MEP, specialty trades, or industrial services Strong ability to sell
service, maintenance, and repair work Comfortable reading drawings, understanding system components, and discussing technical solutions Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑up skills Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly Preferred Experience with:
Commercial water features or splash pads Pump stations, controls, filtration, or treatment systems Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and service contracts CRM experience and basic estimating or proposal development background Commission tied to service, maintenance, and repair revenue Vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement Health benefits, PTO, and holidays (per company policy) Long‑term growth opportunity within a specialized, high‑margin service division Industry leader in
