Dealer Sales Manager - Remote
Arkansas – 60% travel required
Job Overview As a Dealer Sales Manager, you’ll be part of our Independent Retail team working as a remote employee. You’ll grow, develop, and drive sales within a specific region or market and work on brands including DEWALT®, BLACK+DECKER®, CRAFTSMAN®, STANLEY®, CUB CADET®, and HUSTLER®.
Responsibilities
Grow, develop, and drive sales within a specific region or market.
Manage dealer inventories to ensure appropriate category growth by market and increase category penetration in underdeveloped markets.
Execute new dealer onboarding: prospecting, completing all paperwork, training new dealers.
Attend meetings and shows such as National Sales Training, Dealer Convention, Test Drive Events, Regional Meetings, etc.
Handle parts lookup, reorders, pricing issues.
Coordinate service support: work with dealers to resolve issues, locate service bulletins, handle returns.
Warranty support: follow up on denied claims and work with dealers on non‑traditional warranties.
Qualifications We’re looking for someone who loves to learn and grow, embraces innovation, and can create positive impact.
Field‑based employee; eligible to travel 50‑60% of the time.
Capable of hauling a trailer with equipment over 50% of the time; meet DOT requirements where applicable.
4‑year degree preferred or equivalent experience/education.
5+ years of successful performance selling into an Independent Retail Channel.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
