Real Estate Operations Assistant – Keep Us Moving Forward

What You’ll Do:
Manage email communications: You’ll handle inboxes and draft responses based on clear verbal guidance.
Support operations: Whether it’s organizing files, streamlining processes, or helping with scheduling, you’ll keep things running smoothly.
Handle tasks on the fly: When the phone rings or a new initiative pops up, you’ll be ready to jump in and figure out how to get it done.
Help with client interaction: While you won’t be selling, you’ll occasionally speak with clients to ensure smooth communication.
What You Bring:
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to adapt quickly and keep pace with a dynamic leader
Strong communication skills in fluent English, comfortable on the phone and via email
Tech‑savvy enough to learn new systems (we’ll teach you our tools)
Problem‑solving mindset: You figure things out and take initiative.
Details:
Salary: $36,000–$50,000 depending on experience
Flexibility: Full or part-time options; some weekend availability may be needed.
