Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Experience in Real Estate processes and transactions, with knowledge of the local market and industry regulations Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills, including document management and scheduling Ability to work in a hybrid setting with a proactive and adaptable approach Familiarity with industry software and technology is a bonus Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
