
Inside Sales Representative

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
Cold call, email and text potential prospects.
Arrange meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products.
Persuade customers to purchase company products by highlighting product benefits and key features.
Build and maintain solid working relationships with both new and existing customers.
Negotiate pricing with suppliers and vendors to encourage purchases.
Promptly submit purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
Follow up with customers to inquire whether purchased products meet their expectations.
Fill out the necessary paperwork and obtain customers' signatures to complete each sale.
Address customer concerns and resolve complaints.
