What You'll Do

You will report to a Sales Development Manager who values in‑the‑moment coaching, weekly one‑on‑one meetings, and the autonomy to run your business the way it works best for you.

You will own your territory as if you were running your own business, building knowledge of SAP Concur’s product offerings, competitors, and the outcomes our customers seek.

You will confidently overcome objections and face prospecting challenges, effectively communicating Concur’s value propositions to key decision makers.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with sales and marketing teams, communicating clearly and professionally to create cross‑functional partnerships.

You will achieve and exceed weekly and monthly metrics such as appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, and value‑driven conversations.

You will manage both inbound and outbound motions, engaging leads through phone, Drift chat, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns.

You will leverage digital assets and a multi‑channel approach, using tools like Iris, Outreach/ReviO, Consensus, Demandbase, ConnectAndSell, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Drift to engage prospects consistently throughout the sales cycle.

You will participate in development programs such as leadership development and sales readiness initiatives.

You will receive frequent recognition from peers and leaders through awards, shout‑outs, and daily performance stack rankings.

Location Requirements This hybrid role requires candidates to reside near an SAP office location.

Compensation Range Transparency The targeted combined range for this position is 78,000–180,700 USD. The actual offer will be within that range, depending on education, skills, experience, role scope, and location.
