You are a customer success professional who consults with customers in order to uncover and help achieve their business goals. You cultivate C-level relationships and bring data driven insights to life. As a Customer Success Partner, you will be responsible for developing high-trust relationships with your clients, measured through growth, attrition, retention, and relationship health. Develop high-trust relationships with clients, measured through growth, attrition, retention, and relationship health. Consult with customers to uncover and help achieve their business goals. Cultivate C-level relationships and bring data driven insights to life. Collaborate with SAP Concur’s internal teams to support customers and drive ongoing success. Develop and document advanced, cross-functional account strategies that drive success through delivering value and insight relevant and unique to each customer. Establish, maintain and grow broad and deep relationships within each customer account, driving a successful customer lifecycle management strategy. Forecast risk of revenue loss in the account base by anticipating and planning for the customers’ needs. Establish success metrics, annual goals and key objectives with the customer. Self-aware, able to prioritize multiple competing priorities and stakeholders. Qualifications
Requirements: Successful experience managing clients including large global business, and customers with a high-level of complexity, focus and intensity. Excellent communication with an empathetic and curious foundation and strong desire to improve and learn. Proactively engage customers to ensure they adopt full functionality to get maximum value from SAP Concur. Facilitate executive meetings that measure progress and business impact. Driven to deliver value to clients in support of profitable growth and retention goals. Establish, maintain and grow broad and deep relationships within each customer account, driving a successful customer lifecycle management strategy. Preferred: 5 - 10 years of Customer Success, Account Management or Sales experience. Strong knowledge of SaaS models and value-based engagement. Benefits

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. The targeted combined range for this position is $121,000-$261,800 (USD). The actual amount to be offered will be within that range, dependent upon education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, and the selection process. Any variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Please reference SAP North America Benefits for more details.
