Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential residents during property tours, showcasing amenities and units to maximize interest and drive lease signings. Guide prospective tenants through the application process, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to lease signing. Stay informed about market trends, local competitors, and property features to effectively sell our communities. Address inquiries and respond to leads promptly through various channels—phone, email, and in-person interactions. Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies to boost occupancy rates and enhance tenant satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all leasing activities and update records in the property management system. Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, preferably within the real estate or property management sector. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with potential residents. Familiarity with property management software is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. A flexible schedule is necessary, including availability for weekend hours to conduct showings and open houses. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail in managing applications and lease agreements.
