TITLE:
Community Engagement Coordinator
STATUS: Seasonal Part-Time, Non-exempt, Start Date ASAP-September 30, 2026
SCHEDULE: 30 hours a week, ability to work nights and weekends to attend events
LOCATION: Hybrid flexibility available through March 31; in-person required beginning April 1, 2026. Occasional hybrid administrative duties may continue during the in-person period.

Community Engagement Programs Manager and to the Director of Community Engagement

Interns and volunteers, Programming, Company Management, Finance, Production, Marketing
COMPENSATION: $20-$25 per hour
BENEFITS (SUMMER ONLY):
Three meals daily, free access to classes, performances, talks, and studio usageAPPLICATION PROCESS
Video and/or audio applications are welcome (though not required), in addition to written expressions of interest.
Interview Stages: Candidates can expect to engage in up to three rounds of interviews. The first step is a screening call with our recruiter, followed by a meeting with the Community Engagement team, and a final panel interview to get to know your future colleagues. Interviews are primarily conducted via Zoom, though the Community Engagement team conversation may take place in person on campus.
