Position Summary
The Community Engagement Manager leads the planning and execution of community initiatives that support impactful learning environments across on-site and partner locations. This role manages projects end-to-end, collaborates cross-functionally, and builds strong partnerships aligned with organizational goals and mission.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute community engagement plans, including scope, timelines, and deliverables Collaborate with internal teams to define project goals and ensure successful delivery Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients Support growth and retention of strategic partnerships Deliver engagement through webinars, modules, and other learning platforms Manage resources and budgets, providing regular updates to leadership Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track Ensure quality standards and continuous improvement across initiatives Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes effectively
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field required 5+ years of relevant experience, including project or program management Experience in education or higher education preferred Experience in a technology-driven environment preferred
Key Skills
Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills Ability to influence, problem-solve, and drive results Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities Effective communication and conflict resolution skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
