Post-Market Vigilance Report Writer

Location: Remote (U.S.) - Preference for candidates in or near Denver, CO
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $42.00 - $48.50/hr DOE
Employment Type: Contract (W2)
Targeted Assignment Duration: ASAP - August 3, 2026

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible post-market quality function supporting a global medical device organization focused on improving patient outcomes. If you have experience in complaint handling, vigilance reporting, and regulatory compliance, this role offers the chance to work cross-functionally and directly impact product safety on a global scale.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assess, triage, and support follow-up activities for global product complaints
  • Author, review, and approve vigilance reports for submission to regulatory authorities
  • Ensure accurate coding and classification of complaints and reportable events
  • Partner with engineering, medical, and investigation teams to evaluate events and support compliance
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for post-market surveillance and vigilance reporting
  • Support audits, inspections, and CAPA activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of quality and compliance processes
What They're Looking For
  • Hands-on experience with medical device complaint handling and vigilance reporting
  • Proven ability to write and submit vigilance reports (key requirement)
  • Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements and post-market surveillance
  • Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Ability to analyze data, prioritize effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally
Nice to Have
  • Clinical background, especially in diabetes care or device support
  • Experience with global, multi-country vigilance reporting requirements
  • Exposure to regulatory agency interactions
  • BSN, Registered Dietician, or Certified Diabetes Educator
