Construction Superintendent
located in Palm Beach area.
Opportunity Type - Direct Hire
Salary: Starting 90k -110k a year (based on experience)
Responsibilities: Construction Superintendent Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or changes in project scope Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits Provide regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders
Experience: Construction Superintendent Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field Proficiency in construction software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Prolog, etc. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols Experience with quality control processes and procedures Demonstrated ability to estimate construction costs accurately Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
