We are growing our funeral service team in Fort Wayne, Indiana and are looking to connect with a
Licensed Funeral Director / Embalmer
who is passionate about serving families and being part of a strong professional team.
Our Fort Wayne market includes several historic funeral homes operating under the
Dignity Memorial® network , serving families throughout Northeast Indiana with professionalism, compassion, and meaningful service.

Responsibilities
Meet with families to plan meaningful funeral and memorial services
Guide families through burial, cremation, and celebration of life options
Coordinate and direct funeral services
Perform embalming and preparation duties as needed
Ensure compliance with all state and professional standards
Work closely with a collaborative team of funeral service professionals
Qualifications
Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer (Indiana license or ability to reciprocate)
Experience in funeral service, family arrangements, and embalming
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, service-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple services while maintaining high standards of care
