Territory Sales Representative - Pacific Northwest and partial Mountain States Location: Wisconsin

For over 70 years, Plyco Corporation has been a leading manufacturer and supplier of products to the post frame, metal clad building and commercial construction industries. Plyco is based in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin and is seeking a positive and professional Territory Sales Account Manager to add to their growing organization. This position will cover the Pacific Northwest and partial Mountain States. Incumbent must reside within the territory.

This position will provide consultative sales and service to this growing territory, while expanding on new opportunities and adding growth. The TSR will be contributing to the success and profitability of the business by adding solutions that consistently meet or exceed customer and market expectations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated to meet and exceed sales goals.

Job Duties

liAct as the main point of contact for existing and potential customers including builders/contractors, building product distributors, lumber yards and more within the assigned territory liPresentation and demonstration of existing and new products to owners, purchasing agents, sales reps, contractors, and etc. liIdentify customer needs and recommend product solutions liReport on sales results through a weekly sales report/summary liCollaborate with other TSR’s, Inside Sales, Management, & Manufacturing to support a cohesive sales approach

Qualifications

liPrevious work experience as a Territory Sales Representative 4+ years in Steel Building Industry liPost Frame and Pre-Engineered Building knowledge preferred, especially in the below specialties- Steel Building Sales Packager experience- Lumberyard Sales Management experience- Doors, windows, fasteners and other building components knowledge liStrong communication skills with the ability to communicate across varying levels of the organization and with external customers liStrong work ethic and integrity
