Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Account Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Concord, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, developing sales strategies, managing accounts, and ensuring the fulfillment of client expectations with high-quality service. Additional responsibilities include generating new leads, upselling services, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
Qualifications
Proven experience in client relationship management, customer service, and sales
Skills in negotiation, communication, and problem-solving
Proficiency in scheduling, project coordination, and delivering client-focused solutions
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Understanding or familiarity with logistics, material handling, or landscaping industries is a plus
Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred but not required
Ability to work on-site with reliable transportation
