Territory Sales Representative – Medical Device
A medical technology company is seeking a
Territory Sales Representative
to support sales growth and physician engagement across a defined region. This role works closely with senior sales leaders to build relationships with healthcare providers, support clinical education, and drive adoption of innovative therapies that address significant unmet medical needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with
pharmaceutical, DME, or Biotechnology sales experience who want to transition into medical device sales .
Operating room experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with physicians, clinicians, and healthcare accounts within the territory
Educate providers on clinical data, therapy benefits, and patient identification
Support case coverage and provide clinical education when needed
Execute territory business plans and physician targeting strategies
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with internal teams to support patients and providers through the therapy process
Participate in professional education programs and industry meetings
Maintain strong product knowledge and complete required administrative reporting
Travel
Candidates should live in Northern Indiana.
Candidates will be responsible for regional travel in Northern Indiana.
Valid driver’s license required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (life sciences or business preferred)
3–5+ years of healthcare-related sales experience
Pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare sales background preferred
Ability to build strong relationships with physicians and clinical staff
Strong communication, organization, and territory management skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
