Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative with strong relationships within the healthcare community—particularly with geriatric providers. The role involves promoting our medical supply program, generating new provider partnerships, and driving patient referrals through established connections.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and establish relationships with physicians, office managers, and clinical staff to increase referrals and orders.
Present and educate practices about our Surgical Supply shop and DME product offerings.
Maintain regular communication with provider offices to ensure smooth ordering and fulfillment.
Achieve monthly sales and referral targets.
Provide feedback from the field to improve marketing and patient experience initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience in healthcare, DME, pharmaceutical, or medical supply industries.
Existing connections with geriatric doctors, hospitals, rehaps or other provider offices preferred.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
Compensation Competitive base + commission structure (based on experience and performance).
