We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and/or a proven track record in B2B sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the Louisville, KY, metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our copier products.

Tailor sales presentations to meet the specific needs and requirements of each customer.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer

base.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Negotiation & Closing:

Prepare and present sales proposals and quotions.

Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales deals effectively.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales results.

Qualifions:

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the office equipment or copier industry, would be considered an advantage

History of success (academics, sports, prior employment, awards, etc.)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to travel within assigned territory

Candidate must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis for an employer without restriction

Base salary plus uncapped commission structure
