The role: Sales at large enterprises is changing. Atour client, they are guiding organizations through their sales transformation toward Solution Selling, helping them move away from administrative hurdles and toward high-value, insight-driven interactions. They don’t just provide a tool; they are creating a new standard of productivity for sales teams through their AI platform. They are looking for a Commercial Excellence Consultant based in Ghent to be the bridge between their technology and the strategic goals of their clients. What you’ll do Guide the Transformation: You’ll lead the implementation of their platform within enterprise environments, ensuring the platform supports their transition to a more sophisticated Solution Selling approach Be a Strategic Partner: You’ll work closely with Sales Enablement and Commercial Excellence leads to align their AI capabilities with specific sales methodologies and business objectives Define the New Standard: You’ll help clients move beyond traditional “busy work” by showing them how to leverage AI to prep for meetings, uncover insights, and spend more time with their customers Practical Problem Solving: You’ll monitor how teams are adapting to this new way of working. When adoption stalls, you’ll dive into the process to identify whether it’s a technical hurdle or a need for better change management Inform the Product: You’ll act as a strategic link between the client’s boardroom and their engineering team, ensuring their roadmap reflects the real-world needs of modern sales leaders What they’re looking for : The Right Background: 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Management Consulting, with a focus on sales strategy and methodology Methodology Mindset: You understand the nuances of Solution Selling and how to translate a high-level sales philosophy into daily habits for a sales team A Consultant’s Eye: You’re used to looking at a business process, identifying the friction points, and suggesting clear, actionable improvements without the ego Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch & English. Proficiency in French is a significant advantage for their Belgian and international accounts Pragmatic & Grounded: You enjoy the “building” phase of a scale-up.
