Full‑time position. Flexible schedule required to meet client needs, including evenings and weekends.
Job Description This is a senior, relationship‑first position. You’ll be the accountable owner for one or more of our most valuable clients, responsible for their satisfaction, the health of their accounts, and their long‑term growth. You’ll work closely with Business Development, Service Delivery Teams, and Finance, but your job is distinct from all three: you’re the integrator, the advocate, and the strategic partner our major clients deserve.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a Strategic Account Growth Plan for each client, identifying opportunities to add value through additional services or capabilities.
Accountable for revenue growth and retention/satisfaction of the assigned accounts. Identify, qualify, and surface account‑growth opportunities, and collaborate with Sales to support commercial execution.
Monitor account performance and maintain visibility into gross profit margin (GPM) by service line and contract to ensure the financial health of the account.
Identify and proactively address margin leakage, scope creep, or pricing risks to protect account profitability.
Coordinate cross‑functionally with Business Development, Operations/Service Delivery, and Finance to ensure a cohesive and consistent client experience.
Lead client‑facing communication and follow‑up when operational issues arise, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining client confidence.
Proactively manage account lifecycle activities, including contract renewals and strategic planning, to support long‑term client retention and growth.
Manage multiple high‑value client relationships simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, communication, and follow‑through.
Travel up to 25% of the time.
Required Qualifications
Degree or Certificate in Business Administration or a related field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Management).
7–10+ years of account management experience in a complex B2B services environment, with responsibility for managing senior client relationships end‑to‑end.
Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to interpret financial performance indicators such as P&L and margin, and engage in discussions related to scope, pricing, and value delivery.
Proven ability to build strong, customer‑centric relationships, with a focus on understanding client needs, challenges, and long‑term partnership opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders across departments without direct authority.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust with both clients and internal teams.
Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple high‑value client accounts simultaneously.
