Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Funeral Director based in White Plains, NY. Responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating all aspects of funeral services, working with families to plan personalized arrangements with care, conducting embalming and preparation of decedents, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining professional standards, and offering emotional support to families during difficult times.
Qualifications
Skilled in Embalming and related tasks associated with funeral service preparation
Experience in managing operations within Funeral Homes and conducting funeral services
Strong ability to provide compassionate and professional Family Services
Excellent Communication and active listening skills
Proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service
Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and maintain confidentiality
Valid Funeral Director's license and knowledge of relevant legal and ethical practices
Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends
