Role Description This is a full-time or part‑time on‑site Sales position located in Beverly Hills, CA. The Sales Associate will support customers by providing excellent service, creating an inviting shopping experience, and building long‑lasting relationships.
Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting products, meeting sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to store performance through teamwork. In addition, the role may involve organizing and presenting merchandise and supporting sales events and store operations as needed.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with customers and create an approachable, welcoming environment.
Proven Sales experience with a goal‑oriented mindset and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Experience in Training and Sales Management or a willingness to develop leadership and coaching skills to support team growth.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment and adapt to a fast‑paced retail setting.
Passion for fashion and understanding of the ba&sh brand identity.
