Role Description We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Senior Catering Sales Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The role involves managing catering sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The manager will oversee event planning and coordination, liaise with the Food & Beverage team to create customized packages, and ensure seamless execution of events. Additional responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing client inquiries, and contributing to the overall success of the hospitality team.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Catering Sales and Event Planning
Strong background in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Knowledge and expertise in Food & Beverage operations
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Ability to meet sales goals and drive client engagement
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in the event and hospitality industry is an asset
Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
