Position Overview: The idealcandidatefor this role will handle profitreconciliations, chassisreceivables, journalentries, and rebates while supporting strong relationships withChevy,GMC,andMercedespartners.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of profit schedules reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting

Manage Chassis receivables from end to end, keeping payments on track and resolving discrepancies

Prepare and post journal entries as part of the monthly accounting cycle, supports a smooth and efficient close

Processand track manufacture rebates, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks

Build strong working relationships with Chevy,GMC,and Mercedes partners, serving as a trusted financial point of contact

Requirements:

Experience in light accounting is preferred

Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills

Proven customer service experience with a professional and positive attitude

Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Resourceful, proactive and able to problem-solveeffectively
