Client Connection Specialist (Real Estate)

This is a salaried position with commission opportunities, designed for someone who wants to master the fundamentals of real estate from the inside out.

What You Will Do
Create Connections:
Spend your day engaging with people through inbound and outbound conversations.
Provide Red Carpet Service:
Use excellent communication to understand a client's needs and connect them with the right agent on our team.
Master the Tech:
Use systems like
Follow Up Boss
and
SISU
to track leads and ensure no opportunity is missed.
Maintain Consistency:
Follow up with potential buyers and sellers with the "Resilience" required to build long‑term relationships.
