Create Connections: Spend your day engaging with people through inbound and outbound conversations. Provide Red Carpet Service: Use excellent communication to understand a client\'s needs and connect them with the right agent on our team. Master the Tech: Use systems like Follow Up Boss and SISU to track leads and ensure no opportunity is missed. Maintain Consistency: Follow up with potential buyers and sellers with the \"Resilience\" required to build long-term relationships. Is This You?
