Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant (Part-Time)

20–30 hours per week
Compensation:
$40/hour
We are seeking a reliable, organized personal assistant to support a busy executive based in Santa Monica. This role combines executive administrative support with light household coordination. The right candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing schedules, communications, and vendors.
This is a long-term role supporting a high-functioning household and professional schedule.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, medical appointments, and personal commitments
Coordinate and communicate with household staff, caregivers, and service vendors
Respond to emails and routine communications on behalf of the executive
Prepare documents, notes, and materials for meetings
Qualifications
Experience supporting an executive, professional, or private household
Strong organizational and calendar management skills
Comfortable coordinating with multiple vendors or service providers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong follow-up and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email/calendar systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
