To research, process, and resolve Certificate, Individual Retirement Arrangement (IRA), and Payable on Death (POD) requests from members, contact center, and branch. Identify suspicious or fraudulent activity, place holds, and report/provide necessary documentation for review. Required Skill Sets

Attention to detail and organizational skills Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions Effective organizational, planning, problem solving and time management skills Day-to-Day Operations
