We work with automotive, EV/ESS OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, logistics, and industrial clients across North America. We are seeking an enthusiastic sales professional who understands how to sell automation equipment and capital solutions into distribution centers and manufacturing environments. Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth in AGV and intelligent warehouse automation solutions. The ideal candidate has familiarity with capital equipment, understands warehouse operations, and can confidently engage with plant managers, operations directors, and executive leadership. This is not a transactional sales role. This is consultative solution selling. Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in AGV/AMR and warehouse automation Build relationships with manufacturing plants, 3PLs, and distribution centers Conduct facility walk-throughs and identify automation opportunities Lead technical discovery calls with operations teams Work with engineering teams to develop proposals and ROI models Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution Represent CBS Global at trade shows and industry events Qualifications
1+ years experience selling: AGV / AMR systems Warehouse automation Robotics or material handling equipment Capital equipment into manufacturing or distribution Experience with long sales cycles ($250K–$5M+ projects) Comfortable presenting ROI models to executive leadership
