Sundance Lawns and Landscapes is looking for a motivated Junior Estimator to support our Sales Team in preparing professional, accurate quotes for our clients. Based in Chantilly VA, this full-time role offers hands-on experience in estimating and project planning on a variety of landscape projects. What You’ll Do
Assist with cost estimates and detailed quotes Gather and organize supplier and subcontractor pricing Maintain accurate project cost records Support client proposals and project documentation Learn industry best practices and company processes What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a punctual and reliable professional with a proven track record of impeccable attendance Conduct comprehensive site surveys, make accurate measurements, and photography to create base plans. You’ll calculate the total projected cost, time, and resources for diverse landscaping projects Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage a calendar and stick to it Good communication skills Autonomous problem-solver who thrives with minimal oversight Experience with estimating programs Eagerness to learn and grow within our landscaping company Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Closing
