BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
About the Role Join a global marketing and customer education team delivering hands‑on and virtual training programs that boost product awareness, engagement, and brand loyalty. You’ll coordinate live and online events, support training content, manage logistics, and promote programs to customers and partners across In‑Building, Data Center, and Carrier markets.
What You’ll Do
Plan and coordinate customer education events, both in-person and virtual
Develop and manage training content and marketing materials
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to meet customer training needs
Build promotional campaigns via social media, email, and marketing automation tools
Track certifications, attendance, and program effectiveness
Manage event registration and reporting using software like Cvent
Requirements
2+ years marketing, communications, event planning, or training experience
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Marketo, webinar platforms, and event software
Basic understanding of fiber optic networks a plus
