Marketing Technology Specialist
who will play a critical role in transforming and modernizing the firm's business development function. This position works closely with the Director of Business Development and Marketing to drive operational excellence, optimize marketing technology platforms, and strengthen data-driven client relationship strategies.

Essential Job Duties
Serve as the internal resource for the firm's Experience Database (Foundation), supporting reporting, system configuration, and user guidance.
Maintain data standards for client, matter, and attorney profiles to ensure accuracy and usability.
Support business development tracking, proposal coordination, and legal award submissions (including Chambers).
Coordinate with technical teams and external vendors (Litera) to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
Oversee website and intranet updates, including WordPress administration and SEO initiatives.
Interpret analytics to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Recommend and implement workflow improvements in partnership with Marketing, IT, and Innovation teams.
Develop training resources to increase adoption of marketing tools and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
3-7+ years of marketing experience within a law firm, legal services, or professional services environment.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong understanding of data analytics, database management, and CRM systems.
Experience with Experience Database (Foundation) strongly preferred.
Proficiency in WordPress, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office; ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly.
Experience managing vendor relationships and collaborating with IT and digital teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Legal Operations experience.
Experience with
iManage
and
InTapp .
Participation in Foundation User Group or similar industry initiatives.
Position Benefits, Pay, and Schedule
Direct-hire opportunity with a well-established and forward-thinking Minneapolis law firm.
Competitive compensation ranging from
$80,000 to $150,000 annually , commensurate with experience.
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and additional voluntary benefits.
Full-time onsite position in Minneapolis with a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Standard Monday-Friday schedule; flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines.
