Senior Producer Role
The Senior Producer leads mid‑to‑large‑scale integrated projects and campaign workstreams, ensuring successful production from concept through delivery. They manage complexity, partner across departments, and deliver creative solutions within scope, schedule, and budget while championing the enhancement of craft and creative output.
Responsibilities
Manage integrated campaign and content production across video, digital, social, and experiential outputs.
Oversee project budgets, timelines, scopes, and deliverables.
Act as the day‑to‑day lead with clients, creative, and internal teams.
Engage vendors and lead production bidding, contracting, and execution.
Resolve production issues and elevate risks appropriately.
Mentor junior producers and support team growth.
Ensure consistency, craft, and quality across all phases of delivery.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience producing integrated campaigns or branded content.
Comfortable owning or informing production strategy and decision‑making.
Excellent communication, financial, and timeline management skills.
Experience with union and non‑union production and Business Affairs partnerships.
Demonstrated leadership of mid‑to‑large‑scale projects.
Cross‑channel production fluency across video, digital, social, and experiential.
Proven vendor management and budget stewardship.
Track record of mentoring and supervising junior team members.
Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability in fast‑moving environments.
Effective collaboration with clients and creative teams alike.
Future‑centric, leveraging generative AI and modern technologies to enhance productivity, efficiencies and creative quality.
Hybrid Work Model
3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Pay Range (U.S.)
$85,000 – $135,000 USD.
