
Marketing Assistant

Summary
The Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing Coordinator with the execution of marketing projects across multiple brands and divisions. This role assists with day‑to‑day tasks, maintains marketing assets and files, and helps create print and digital materials to ensure work is accurate, on brand, and delivered on time.
Required Experiences
Basic knowledge of layout, typography, composition, color, and other design fundamentals
Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content formatting for posting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Demonstrates a growth mindset and a willingness to learn new systems, software, and workflows as needed
Able to communicate clearly and maintain a professional demeanor
Portfolio showcasing your marketing and design work is required
Additional Preferred Skills (not required)
Photo editing using Lightroom and Photoshop
Video editing using programs such as Davinci Resolve or Premiere Pro
Capturing photo and video content using a DSLR and basic lighting setups
Color correcting and grading log footage
Familiarity with Google Ads (campaign basics, reporting, or optimization support)
Basic web design through platforms like WordPress or Wix
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Create and assist with print and digital marketing materials
Maintain a content and project calendar, including internal deadlines and approval routing
Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media for print and digital
Track and organize marketing requests from internal teams and ensure follow up and status updates
Organize and manage marketing files, assets, and brand materials across divisions
Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines
Assist with social media planning, scheduling, and publishing across divisions
Edit and prepare photos for marketing use (cropping, retouching, formatting)
Help capture photo and video content when needed
Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop and revise creative materials
Receive feedback from leadership and make necessary changes
Other assigned duties by leadership team
