Role Description We are seeking a Designer and Sales professional to join our team in a full-time capacity. This on-site role, based in Boca Raton, FL, involves creating stunning interior design concepts, assisting clients with tailored design projects, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales. The role also includes customizing furniture options, guiding clients through our design center, and collaborating with team members to deliver cohesive and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Interior Design, including space planning, color theory, and material selection
Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design, with experience in planning, layout, and customization
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with clients
Proven ability in Sales, with the capacity to achieve targets while building lasting client relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
